Quotes and Orders

Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted on written or emailed confirmation. Custom-built products (custom pallets, crates, die-cut cartons, and cut lumber) are made to order and may not be cancelable once production begins.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per unit and may include delivery where stated. Lumber and paper markets move; term pricing applies only where agreed in writing. Payment terms for approved accounts are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

Lead times are good-faith estimates from order confirmation. Claims for shortage or visible damage must be noted at receipt. Title transfers on delivery.

Product Use

Load ratings are provided for properly handled, evenly distributed loads. The buyer is responsible for confirming suitability for a specific application, including racking, stacking, and regulatory compliance at the destination.
