What areas does Shoals Box & Pallet serve?
We deliver within roughly 150 miles of our Florence, AL plant. That covers North Alabama, southern Tennessee, and northeast Mississippi, including Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, Muscle Shoals, Russellville, Iuka, Tupelo, and Memphis, plus the communities in between.
What products do you manufacture?
Wooden pallets (new 48x40 GMA, custom sizes, Grade A/B recycled, ISPM 15 heat-treated), custom wood crates, cut-to-size lumber and dunnage, corrugated boxes in ECT 32/44, Gaylord bulk bins, corrugated sheets and partitions, and machine and hand stretch film in 70-100 gauge.
How fast can I get a quote?
Within one business day, and often much sooner. Send specs through the quote form or call (256) 767-3813 Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday until noon. Complex custom projects can take longer to price, but you will get an initial response promptly either way.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum on pallets. Corrugated and stretch film carry manufacturer minimums that vary by product. Truckload quantities get the best per-unit price, and partial orders ride our regular routes.
Do you buy used pallets?
Yes, from existing customers and from companies we do not currently supply. Depending on the type, condition, quantity, and location we may buy them outright, issue an account credit, or remove unwanted pallets at no charge.
