What We Collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the information you enter (name, company, email, phone, and order details) solely to respond to your request and service your account. If you attach a drawing, photograph, specification, or invoice, we use it only to prepare your quote. This information goes to our customer service desk at csr@shoalsboxandpallet.com and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Employment Applications
When you submit an employment application through this site, we collect the information you provide on the form. That includes your name, home address, phone number, email address, desired start date and desired pay, whether you are currently employed and whether we may contact your most recent employer, whether you have reliable transportation, your education history, your employment history and reasons for leaving previous positions, military service and rank if you choose to provide it, whether you hold a CDL, and any resume or supporting file you upload.
We use this information only to evaluate your application, to contact you about it, and to keep records related to hiring. Applications are delivered to our hiring contact at Justin@shoalsboxandpallet.com. We do not sell or rent applicant information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add applicants to any mailing list. We may contact a previous employer only if you indicate on the form that we may do so.

Analytics and Cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no marketing cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Spam Protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that submissions come from people rather than bots. Turnstile operates under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We email you to answer your requests and manage orders. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
