Do I need experience to apply?

No. Plenty of people here started with none. If you show up on time and are willing to learn the work, we will teach you the rest.

What is the schedule?

The plant runs Monday through Thursday 7:30 to 4:30 and Friday morning until noon. Hours can vary by role and by how busy the season is.

What happens after I submit?

Your application goes straight to the plant. If it looks like a fit, someone will call you at the number you provide. We do not keep applications on a list or share them with anyone.

Can I apply in person instead?

Yes. Come by 4400 Helton Drive in Florence during business hours and ask for an application at the front.
