As our immediate service area, the Shoals receives our most frequent delivery coverage. Will-call pickup runs 7:30-4:30 Monday through Thursday, Friday mornings.

North Alabama: Scheduled Weekly Deliveries
We make scheduled weekly deliveries to Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, and surrounding areas, including Madison, Cullman, and Russellville. Typical route deliveries are quoted as delivered pricing rather than a separate freight line item. Scheduled pricing programs are available for recurring orders.

How far do you deliver?
Roughly 150 miles from our plant in Florence, Alabama. That covers North Alabama, southern Tennessee, and northeast Mississippi, including Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, Muscle Shoals, Russellville, Iuka, Tupelo, and Memphis, plus the communities in between.
What is a typical lead time?
One to two weeks from order to delivery, depending on the product, order size, material availability, and current production schedule. We can sometimes accommodate more urgent needs when capacity allows, so tell us if you are working against a deadline.
Is there a delivery charge?
Typical route deliveries are quoted as delivered pricing rather than a separate freight line item. Special or off-route deliveries are quoted separately when applicable.
Do you pick up used pallets across the region?
Yes, from existing customers and from companies we do not currently supply. Depending on type, condition, quantity, and location we may buy them outright, credit your account, or remove them at no charge.
Can you deliver outside these cities?
Usually, for truckload quantities or standing orders. Send the location with a quote request and routing is figured into the price we send back.
