How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, and often much sooner. Complex custom projects may take longer while we gather material or supplier pricing, but you will still get an initial response promptly.
What if I don't know my exact specs?
Send what you know: product dimensions, weight, a photo of what you ship today. Don't know every specification? That's okay, we can help determine the right packaging for your application.
Will you match or beat my current pricing?
Send your current invoice and we will quote the same spec. Because we manufacture many of the products we supply, we can often identify opportunities to improve cost or design, and if we cannot beat it we will say so.
Can we get a quote on file as a backup supplier?
Yes, and it is a smart move. We approve the spec and lock the price now; nothing is owed until an order actually ships. When the primary vendor shorts a load, the backup order goes straight to production instead of starting from scratch.
Do you sell a few pallets for a home or garden project?
We are set up for business volume: recurring orders, full stacks, and truckloads. For a handful of pallets for a DIY project, a local classifieds listing or hardware store is the faster and cheaper path.
