We supply packaging products including pallets, crates, corrugated boxes, and stretch film. All offerings are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time.

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders require written confirmation and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices reflect current material and labor costs. Additional charges may apply for delivery, custom specs, or taxes. Standard payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation of future orders.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

We aim to deliver on schedule, but timelines may vary based on order size, inventory, and carrier performance. Shoals Box and Pallet is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

6. Product Specifications

Customers are responsible for confirming all product specs before production. Custom orders are final and may not be returned or modified once production has started.

7. Returns and Claims

Returns are not accepted for custom-built products unless there is a defect or error based on approved specs. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery and include photo documentation.

If an issue is confirmed, we may issue a replacement or credit.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Shoals Box and Pallet. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to product use, delays, or business interruptions. Liability is limited to the value of the product sold.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal action must be filed in a court located within Alabama.
