Corrugated Boxes

We primarily manufacture single wall, double wall, and triple wall corrugated material. This material comes in a wide variety of strengths and tests. Our process starts off with corrugated sheets. We will then feed these sheets into our converting equipment to make corrugated boxes, die cut’s, partitions, blocks, etc. Whether you are looking for 25,000 corrugated boxes or just 50 corrugated trays, we have the resources to convert and deliver your order to you on time.

Regular Slotted Container

The RSC carton is the most common box style. It is widely used as the shipping carton in all industries due to low cost and easy assembly.

Half Slotted Container

The HSC box style is the same as Regular Slotted Container but without the top set of flaps. It is often combined with a Design Style Tray top.

Full Overlap Container

All flaps have the same length, which is equal to the width of the box. The carton style is especially resistant to rough handling and stacking.

Five Panel Folder

A single cut and scored piece features a 5th panel used as the closing flap. The closed box has several layers on each end providing great protection.

One Piece Folder

One piece of board is cut so that it provides a flat, unbroken bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top.

Design Style Container

Consists of a separate top and bottom that fit over each other, providing extra thickness on all sides and compression strength suitable for heavy stacking.
